Baked with Love – Roasted Garlic Parmesan Rotini topped with Feta

A lot of our Baked with Love series come from family. Sometimes they are dishes we make together but for the most part it is recipes from family and friends. I’m so grateful for their support in my business and blog and I’m honored to share their tasty creations. This Roasted Garlic Parmesan Rotini was making my Kristina and my Uncles house smell amazing. I was over at her house borrowing her food processor and she was eager to share so of course the blogger in me came out I grabbed the camera took some pictures and got the recipe. Hope you all enjoy too because it is delicious and a great meal.

Pasta Recipe

Sometimes I forget to set something out for dinner, it happens a lot. Sometimes it happens and sometimes there is enough time to throw the hamburger on the counter and see what other kind of ingredients I have and use what I got, this is how this meal was born and I’m sure Kristina won’t apologize because this meal was great. You sometimes have to make something out of nothing and this pasta dish turned out to be a hit. I personally am not a fan of fresh cut tomatoes or feta cheese but this all together couldn’t have been without one of the other.

Just looking at this pasta creation makes me want to get in the kitchen and start cooking it!

This meal may look like it takes a lot of ingredients and you do need exact ingredients to make this particular dish, but feel free to add your own twist to this pasta bake and use what you have. I am going to make this next time with chicken and sausage. I think it would also be great with some shrimp and additional spices. I love a great Cajun pasta and I can see this turning into a Cajun sensation.
